Floating Teen is the memoir of Quentin Lee about their teen years from fifteen to eighteen, from immigrating to Montréal from Hong Kong and then graduating high school and going to college at Berkeley, from discovering their artistic instincts and sexuality in Mid 80s’ Montréal to having their first sexual experience of being sexually assaulted by a popular radio DJ who died of AIDS in the 90s before they could confront him.
