While living the drama in their offline lives, the five players try to win as a team in DEMOS, creating a platform for ordinary people all over the world to discuss democracy both within and without the television series.
Cinematic, emotional, intellectual and character-driven, the first season of DEMOS is set in New Delhi of India, Los Angeles of USA, Prague of Czech, Sao Paolo of Brazil and Kampala of Uganda. Set in 2021 assuming a Trump victory (reality or alternative reality), people play DEMOS to assuage their despair against reality.
